Dear Reader,
How is your heart today?
This question prompts me to get out of my head and check in with my body.
I am hopeful.
I am focused on my healing and health with zest and verve.

I am creating art and letting go of what I can at the moment. An inquiry disposition seems key for what we are living and working through!

During all of this personal reflection, I am aware of how difficult it is to process the speed with which cancer attacks life. It puts into clear perspective what is most important to me, which includes loving relationships where I can be honest and share my emotions.
It has been heartening to catch up with family and friends, and a few people have said that they can come to the next chemo session.
Upcoming events:
First up, on Friday, March 7th, I will be talking with my breast surgeon, Dr. Sacchini.
Next up, Friday, March 14th, I will undergo my 2/6 treatment at E 66th Street -
Lab Visit at 9:30 am (there is an area off the lobby for blood work)
Chemo at 10:30 am (check-in at 10:15 on the 2nd floor, treatment on the 3rd)
& Infusion at 11:30 am (3rd floor)
Finally, on Wednesday, March 19th, I am excited to meet with Dr. Hyowoun Jyung from Sloan’s integrative medicine team to learn about the integration of my treatment with powerful healing systems and botanical supplements.
Thanks for being here and checking in. Share when you can to help yourselves and others too in developing our toolbox for resilience and resistance.
